Health Ledger

Coming soon

Health Ledger combines a bCLEARer-style pipeline framework for collecting, processing, and storing medical data with a web application that lets clinicians and analysts work with the integrated data. It pulls signals from device feeds (e.g. continuous glucose monitors, fitness trackers) and clinical records into a single, identity-anchored ledger of health events, preserving lineage from source through to every analytical view.

Three small isometric medical devices on the left stream into stacked waveform traces — a regular pulse, a noisy biosignal, and a rhythm trace — that feed into a tablet-style patient dashboard on the right, with a brick-red marker pinned to the noisy trace and a horizontal device timeline running underneath.
